Tom C. McCall represents clients in litigation disputes in all matters pertaining to the oil and gas industry, land title, and complex business litigation. Before transitioning to full-time trial and appellate practice in 1979, Mr. McCall was trained as a title attorney by a premier West Texas oil and gas firm in Midland, Texas, and has written hundreds of title opinions, drilling opinions, acquisition opinions, and division order title opinions. Mr. McCall has been continuously Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law since 1988. In addition to his decades of trial experience, Mr. McCall has appeared as counsel in appellate proceedings in various Courts of Appeal, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
