Paris serves as an Administrative Assistant at Budnik & Reed, where she supports attorneys and staff with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and client service. She brings a detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach, backed by a strong foundation in both customer service and legal administrative support.
Paris began her career at Akerman LLP in Austin as a Receptionist and Office Services Coordinator, where she managed front office operations and served as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. In this role, she handled a wide range of responsibilities, including coordinating meetings and events, managing office logistics, assisting with document preparation, and supporting attorneys with day-to-day administrative needs. Her reliability and attention to detail quickly distinguished her within a fast-paced office environment.
She was later promoted to Legal Support Assistant within the firm’s Corporate practice, where she further developed her legal and administrative expertise. In this role, Paris supported attorneys with corporate filings, client onboarding, and document management, including preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with conflict checks and engagement letters, managing attorney time entry, and coordinating with state and government agencies to track and verify filings. She also contributed to client correspondence and billing processes, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency across matters.
Paris joined Budnik & Reed following her tenure at Akerman and continues to build on her experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Outside of work, Paris enjoys camping, cooking, and spending time with her family.
