SERVICES: CORPORATE, DEBT FINANCE
PARTNER
Pam Zdunek concentrates her practice on debt financing transactions, representing borrowers, lenders, investment funds, and other market participants in the structuring, negotiation, and closing of a broad range of secured and unsecured credit facilities. Her experience includes asset-based lending, acquisition financing, working capital facilities, structured finance transactions, asset securitizations, and other complex commercial lending arrangements.
Pam also advises clients on public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), Regulation A offerings, Regulation D private placements, and other equity financing transactions. In addition, she counsels public and private companies on corporate governance matters, securities law compliance, and general corporate transactions.
With more than 20 years of experience, Pam has practiced in the finance, corporate, and securities groups of leading national law firms and boutique firms, as well as serving as in-house counsel for a major financial services company. Her diverse background provides clients with practical insight into both the legal and commercial aspects of complex transactions, enabling her to deliver efficient, business-oriented advice from initial structuring through closing.
Outside of the office, Pam enjoys reading, traveling, the occasional bike ride, spending time with family, and, of course, dogs.
