Pam is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on debt and equity financing transactions, securities offerings, structured finance, and secured lending matters. She has represented large public companies as well as small and middle-market companies, investment funds, financial institutions, and other market participants in a broad range of financing and corporate transactions. secured and unsecured lending transactions, asset-based financings, equity raises, asset securitizations, and public and private securities offerings, including IPOs, Regulation A offerings, and Regulation D offerings. She also counsels clients on corporate governance matters and compliance with federal and state securities laws.
Pam has over 20 years of experience working in the global finance and corporate and securities departments of leading national law firms, as well as in smaller boutique law firms and as in-house counsel for a leading American financial services company.
