Natasha Saenz
PROJECT MANAGER
Natasha serves as Project Manager for Budnik & Reed, bringing a dynamic blend of operational expertise, creative thinking, and marketing insight to the firm. Originally from Redmond, Washington, she is one of five sisters and developed an early appreciation for collaboration, adaptability, and a strong sense of humor.
Natasha graduated from Rollins College with dual degrees in Music and Business Management.
Following graduation, Natasha began her career in New York City at a fintech startup, where she played a key role in building out offices in both the Financial District and the Middle East. In this role, she developed a working knowledge of trading environments and supported the infrastructure required for fast-paced financial operations. She later transitioned to a restaurant website development company, where she supported the CEO and helped scale internal operations.
In 2022, Natasha relocated to Austin, Texas, where she joined a YouTube advertising consulting firm as Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she played a key role in editing, illustrating, and publishing the CEO’s book, Video Authority: The Art and Science of Converting Viewers into Clients by Aleric Heck. She was later promoted to Operations Manager, where she further developed her expertise in marketing strategy, execution, and organizational efficiency.
At Budnik & Reed, Natasha focuses on marketing and operations, supporting firm leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects. She is known for her ability to streamline processes, implement creative solutions, and contribute to a collaborative and engaging workplace environment.
Outside of work, Natasha is a seasoned violinist who enjoys cooking, art, sauntering around Austin, and spending time with her cat, Butters.
