Krista is a seasoned litigator with a diverse legal background that covers nearly the entire spectrum of practice areas. She has over a decade of experience handling intellectual property matters including claims of patent, trademark, copyright and trade dress infringement. Krista also has extensive experience handling complex commercial business disputes including class actions and litigation centered on claims of trade secrets misappropriation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, false advertising, product disparagement, cyber piracy, racketeering, unfair debt collection practices, violations of the False Claims Act, age and gender discrimination in employment, and professional malpractice, among others. In addition to complex litigation, Krista also handles a number of transactional matters, including the negotiation and drafting of license, service, subscription, advertising, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements.
