Caitlin Cox

Caitlin Cox serves as Chief Operating Officer, where she leads the firm’s operations with a focus on efficiency, growth, and exceptional client service. Based in Austin, she brings a practical, hands-on approach to managing the systems and people that keep the firm running seamlessly.

Before joining the firm, Caitlin was the Office Administrator for the Austin office of Akerman LLP. There, she oversaw day-to-day operations, managed annual budgets, and led office marketing efforts, including sponsorships, partnerships, and client-facing events. She also supported business development through the creation of pitch materials and financial projections.

Caitlin has deep experience in law firm financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and client account management. She handled complex invoicing issues, ensured compliance with engagement terms, and worked directly with clients on reconciliation and reporting.

In addition to her operational and financial work, Caitlin supported HR functions such as onboarding and benefits coordination, while also developing internal workflows, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency across teams. She is known for her ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments and to build systems that scale.

Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys traveling, working out, and exploring local parks & breweries with her dog, Dove.
