Bryce Benson concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, representing businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in high-stakes matters across a wide range of industries.

As the leader of Budnik & Reed's Dallas office, Bryce works closely with clients throughout Texas and beyond, providing strategic counsel in complex business disputes while expanding the firm's presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Bryce has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 companies, middle-market businesses, and closely held enterprises in the financial services, energy, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing sectors. He regularly handles matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration, involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, business torts, and other complex commercial disputes.

In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Bryce has significant experience in securities litigation, including the representation of broker-dealers in FINRA arbitrations, regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings. He also has experience handling Texas state tax litigation and advising clients through regulatory and business-related disputes.
