Prior to his legal career, Blair worked in the oil & gas industry as a petroleum landman, where he honed his skills in title research and the management of oil & gas properties. Before that, Blair served as a law enforcement officer, a role that instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and commitment to public service.
