SERVICES: CORPORATE & REAL ESTATE
Alicia concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and business owners in all phases of the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial properties. She works closely with clients to structure and negotiate complex transactions, helping them navigate every stage of the deal while providing practical, business-focused legal counsel.
In addition to her transactional practice, Alicia has significant experience in real estate and oil and gas title examination, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the legal and operational issues that impact property ownership, development, and investment. Her diverse background enables her to identify potential risks early, develop strategic solutions, and guide clients through sophisticated real estate matters with confidence and efficiency.
Alicia earned her Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and furthered her legal education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Florida, allowing her to assist clients with transactions and legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Outside of the office, Alicia is a design enthusiast who enjoys interior and lifestyle photography. When she's not practicing law or behind the camera, she enjoys spending time with her cats, who are never far from the action.
